The Neurology of Feeling Good, Boosting Mood Through Diet and Lifestyle

We have all had a difficult year! We hope the end is sight. If covid or anything else has left you, or your loved ones, feeling a bit down or flat, join us for a short talk about how you can take control of your diet and lifestyle to boost your mood. There are 7 neurotransmitters in the brain that can be affected by diet and lifestyle choices, during this talk Taz, our Nutritional Therapist, will talk about how to boost these neurotransmitters and how it can impact on low mood, anxiety and depression and sleep.
Taz will also talk about supplements that may help enhance mood and energy levels to give us a natural helping hand and motivate us to make the changes to our diet and lifestyle.
